By using Bicyclearena you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms as the site changes; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

What this site is

Bicyclearena is a bicycle comparison site. We publish specifications, images and indicative prices for bicycles from various brands so you can compare them. We do not sell bicycles, and we are not a party to any purchase between you and a brand or dealer.

Accuracy of information, no warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Specifications, prices, availability and dealer details come from brands, dealers and public sources and change often. We try to keep them correct but do not guarantee they are accurate, complete or current. Always confirm details and prices with the brand or dealer before you buy.

Accounts and signing in with Google

You can optionally sign in with your Google account. We receive only the details described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing the address below.

If you submit content to us

This covers reviews and any other content you send through the site. You confirm that what you submit is honest, based on your own experience, and yours to share. You keep ownership, but you give us a non-exclusive, free licence to display it on the site. We review submissions before publishing and may edit, decline or remove any of them. Publication is not guaranteed. Do not submit anything false, defamatory, abusive, spam, or that you do not have the right to post.

Acceptable use

You must not scrape or systematically copy our content in bulk, try to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, or use the site to send spam.

Third-party links

The site may link to brand and dealer websites and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Trademarks

Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify and describe the bicycles shown. Appearing here does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by the brand.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bicyclearena and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, for example a purchase based on an out-of-date price or specification. You use the site at your own risk.

If a competent court nonetheless holds us liable, our total liability is limited to INR 1,000 for users in India and USD 10 (or its local-currency equivalent) for all other users. The site is free to use, and you agree these limits are fair and reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
